FAQ Meet and Greet at The MAC!

Minerva Stage of the Northern Berkshires is expanding. Minerva has been producing high-quality, entertaining theatre and providing educational opportunities to children and adults of all ages since 1996. Finally, after fourteen years, Minerva may have a venue to officially call home at 1288 Massachusetts Avenue in North Adams, to be known as the Minerva Arts Center, or MAC for short.

We at Minerva Stage are very excited to utilize the MAC in both new and old ways in upcoming years: as a performance space, a rehearsal space, a classroom, a visual art gallery, an office or studio for working artists, a venue for music performances, lecture series, poetry readings, film screenings, and more.

Because of this exciting new chapter in Minerva’s life, we are offering a preview to all community members and different types of artists who may have an interest in collaborating with the MAC. We are calling the two-evening event FAQ at the MAC (short for Forum of Artistic Quests ), and it will take place on Tuesday, July 20th and Wednesday, July 28th from 5 to 7:30PM at the Minerva Arts Center. (Snacks and beverages will be provided.) FAQ at the MAC is not just intended as a tour of a new physical space, but as a chance for discussions to begin on the collaborative efforts that the MAC and its future artists and inhabitants are capable of.

Who we are looking for:
-Potential investors/volunteers
-Directors
-Playwrights
-Actors/other performers
-Stage technicians/crew members
-Teaching artists (in any artistic field)
-Visual artists
…and more!

Hope to see you there!
